Arsenal loanee Mari returns to action following stabbing

Arsenal Portuguese defender Pablo Mari who is on loan on Monza has returned to training after stabbing incident in October

after two months of being sidelined due to a stabbing attack.

The incident happened in the vicinity of a supermarket in Milan in late October, resulting in 5 people being injured with Mari being one of them. The supermarket cashier Luis Fernando Ruggieri sadly died in the incident.

Mari was supposed to be two months out of action but it seems that his recovery has been speedier than expected as the 29-year-old has already recovered.

Monza’s social media announced on Wednesday that Mari is back with a series of pictures that were captioned: "Look who's back".

With Monza sitting 14th in the Serie A,
