'I feel good'- Neymar hopeful of World Cup return

Just ahead of Brazil’s clash against South Korea in the last 16 of the World Cup, Neymar gives Brazil fans hope by claiming he is closing to return to action

Brazil’s hopes of winning the World cup was somewhat dented when superstar Neymar Jr. was injured in their first match against Serbia and subsequently ruled out for the remainder of group-stage matches but the PSG striker is close to returning to action by his own account.

Neymar

recently revealed in an Instagram post that he ‘feels good’ which has given Selecao fans hope that he will be back to lead them against South Korea in Brazil’s last-16 clash. This would be great news especially after Brazil’s injury woes have worsened with Danilo, Sandro, Telles and

Gabriel Jesus

out as well.

Although

Brazil

’s strikers have proven to be more than adequate in Neymar’s absence despite their lost against Cameroon on Friday, Tite’s side seem to be seriously lacking when it comes to fullbacks. Currently only 18 of Brazil’s outfield players are ready for selection and whether that poses a problem for Tite remains to be seen.
