Ronaldo hopes Guardiola or Ancelotti lead Brazil after Tite

It seems that after the end of the World Cup, Tite's 6-year tenure in Brazil will also end.

Former Brazilian star Ronaldo expressed his hope that Pep Guardiola or Carlo Ancelotti will one day lead his country's national team.

While Brazil will be participating in the World Cup in Qatar in a month, the fans are hoping that they will be able to perform brilliantly in the World Cup with stars like Neymar, Casemiro, Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo. But it seems that regardless of Brazil's performance in the World Cup, Tite's 6-year tenure on Brazil's bench is coming to an end, and there are many options for his replacement. Ronaldo, a two-time World Cup winner, hopes that Pep Guardiola or Carlo Ancelotti will take charge of the Selecao.

"I would love it,"

he told Gaurdian.

"A European not just with the Brazilian national team but the entire Brazilian football industry.

"A Pep or an Ancelotti could be historic, it could change our history for 100 years."

Asked about Brazil's chances for the World Cup, Ronaldo said:

"There's been a European dominance. France, Spain and Germany are always there. England produced a great Euros [campaign].

"But Argentina have gone 35 unbeaten. Brazil look very good, although that doesn’t count for anything.

"In Brazil, we want to win. Let's see what Tite does. He has options up front, very good ones.

"Vinícius has to start – he would start in any team in the world. On the right, Raphinha is playing incredibly, but we have Rodrygo, who would get in anywhere. Then there's Neymar. He's got the desire."
