Szczesny: "Juventus is determined to win the Turin derby"
Despite Juventus' disastrous start to the season, the Bianconeri's Polish goalkeeper insists the squad is "determined" to win the upcoming Turin derby as they lacked “desire to win” recently.

Juventus' hopes to reach the knock-out stage of the Champions League as they need to win both of their remaining group matches against Benfica and PSG.
However, ahead of
the Turin derby

Wojciech Szczesnyadmits the Bianconeri lacked “determination and desire to win” as they are ready to rebound this Saturday as they have only gathered 14 points from 10 Serie A games this season.
Szczesny told
DAZN: “
This week was not up to our standards, but we spent time together at the Continassa training ground, worked hard and we are fired up for the game.
“What we lacked in recent weeks, but also in the first two months of the season, was that determination and desire to win. Hopefully the derby can bring all that out.”
“We are Juve players, so must be ready for difficult times too and show our quality as men more than our technical abilities on the field.”
