Former Chelsea star Willian set for Premier League return with Fulham

The former Chelsea and Arsenal player wants to return to the Premier League.

GOAL claims that

Willian

is close to joining

Fulham

after his contract with

Corinthians

was terminated. Willian had a contract until 2023 but he wants to play again in England and decided to termite his contract.

GOAL says that the former Chelsea player is ready to reduce his salary to join Fulham. Fulham has  returned to the Premier League this season. They held title-chasing Liverpool to a 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage in the first week of the Premier League.

Willian joined Corinthians in 2021 but he was injured most of the time and only played in 9 matches. His wife and family also were not happy in Brasil and he decided to return to Europe.

The 34-year-old Willian made 259 appearances in the Premier League and scored 38 goals and provided 38 assists. He also won two league titles with Chelsea. He played one season for Arsenal but only scored one goal for the Gunners.
