Official: Barcelona extends Araujo's contract until 2026
The Uruguayan defender will stay at Camp Nou until 2026.

Ronald Araujoto extend his contract.
Araujo was one of Barcelona's most important players in defense and performed well from the start of the season, so the club decided to extend his contract for another four years.
Barcelona's goal in 2022 is to extend the contracts of important players, and the Uruguayan defender was one of those players. Several clubs were looking to sign him last summer, so Barcelona knew they had to extend their contract as soon as possible.
Barcelona have announced that Araujo's contract will be valid until 2026 and there is also a termination clause of one million euros.
