South Korea joins the World Cup teams

European qualifying games are about to get finished but some other games are yet to finish.

The European teams that will play in the

2022 Qatar World Cup

are almost recognized, but the other confederations are behind schedule because many of the games were postponed due to the Coronavirus. Now

Portugal

and

Italy

are going to face each other for a place in the 2022 World Cup.

Qatar is the host team that and the other teams that have reached the World Cup are Germany, Denmark, Brazil, France, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Serbia, England, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Argentina.

Iran

and

South Korea

are the only teams that have guaranteed their place in the Qatar World Cup from Asia; meanwhile,

Japan

is closer to the Group B leader

Saudi Arabia

after their 2-0 victory at Saitama Stadium.

No African team has booked a place in the World Cup yet, but so far, Togo, South Africa, Gabon, and Ivory Coast have failed to reach the second round in the qualification games.

Argentina

and

Brazil

are the only teams from South America that have secured their place in the World Cup, and no team has booked the ticket to the Qatar World Cup from Central and North America and the Caribbean.
