Real Madrid loanee R. Jesus set to return from Dortmund in January

During the January transfer window, Borussia Dortmund is anticipated to give back its on-loan midfielder to Los Blancos.

Dortmund is making preparations for the winter transfer window, and it appears that one choice has already been taken.

According to Sport, the Bundesliga club has chosen to return Real Madrid's youngster

Reinier Jesus

After spending his early days at Real Madrid with Castilla following his arrival from Flamengo last year, the 19-year-old Brazilian moved to Dortmund on a two-year loan ahead of last season.

On the other hand, Reinier has only played in 19

Bundesliga

fixtures since joining Dortmund and only 11 in total this season, featuring only 275 minutes and starting none of his six Bundesliga games.

In light of this, Dortmund is expected to send Reinier back to Real Madrid in January, bringing the loan contract to a close six months sooner.

Reinier, who cost Real Madrid €30 million, is expected to rejoin Castilla after his comeback except if a new loan team can be found before the end of the month.
