Spalletti:Zielinski felt pain in the chest, Milan clash an opportunity
The Napoli head coach believes that his side had to ‘move the ball more quickly’ to vanquish Empoli and revealed that the Poland international was terrified as he felt pain in his chest.

Following a tackle of Empoli’s Fabiano Parisi, the North Macedonia international was replaced in the second half.
