Real Madrid eyeing move for Monaco starlet Tchouameni
The French midfielder has been linked with several top clubs in recent months.
has attracted interest from a host of Europe’s elite clubs due to his impressive performances for Monaco.
According to
Marca, Real Madrid have joined the race to sign the French starlet as they are keen to continue raiding Ligue 1 for talented midfielders.
The Blancos signed
Eduardo Camavingafrom Rennes in the summer transfer window, planning to make him one of their key players in midfield.
However, signing Tchouameni might prove to be more challenging for the Spanish side than the transfer of Camavinga. Chelsea are closely following the player’s development, with the London side reportedly having the best chance to sign the 21-year-old.
The player himself is said to be in no rush to move to a big club. He works closely with Cesc Fabregas at
Monaco, eager to improve his game under the former Gooner.
Tchouameni has made 12 appearances for the Monegasques this season, scoring one goal. The former Bordeaux midfielder also featured for France in their 8-0 victory over Kazakhstan on Friday, replacing N’Golo Kante for the final twenty minutes of the game.
