Inter target reveals he's open to negotiating a new contract with Ajax

There are rumors that Inter are monitoring Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana. The 25-year-old's contract expires in June and Nerazzurri can sign him as a free agent. Onana is currently serving a nine-month suspension for doping.

In the summer, there was a chance to go to play in France. I spoke with Lyon and Nice, but we did not find an agreement,”

Onana told De Telegraaf.

Regarding the negotiations for the extension of his contract with Ajax, the Cameroon international added: “Everything is negotiable, I’m still open to the hypothesis of a new contract.”

Inter captain and goalkeeper Samir Handanovic's contract expires at the end of the season, so the Nerazzurri are looking for a long-term replacement.

The 37-year-old

Handanovic

moved to Inter from Udinese in 2012 and last year won his first Scudetto under Antonio Conte.
