France win gold medal in men and women’s handball
France managed to win their first ever Olympic gold medal in the women’s handball.

Norway also won the bronze medal after defeating Sweden with a 36-19 result.
France also managed to get their hands on the gold medal in men’s handball in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games after their 25-23 victory over Denmark. Spain also came third in the table and won the bronze following their 33-31 win against Egypt.
France performed exceptionally well in Tokyo Olympics, winning silver in men’s basketball and beating ROC to take the top spot and the gold medal in men’s volleyball.
