According to the reports, Tottenham Hotspur have approached Dusan Vlahovic without talking with his club.

Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano announced the news on his Twitch channel. It is a bold move and if the report is true, it will infuriate the club and their president Rocco Commisso.
The Viola are now in talks over Vlahovic for a new contract which is expected to include a release clause of at least €60 million as they have already rejected Inter’s offer.
Inter, who want to have a replacement for Romelu Lukaku if he goes to Chelsea, have already offered €50 million for the 21-year-old striker, but it seems the Tuscans will not accept less than €60 million.
Vlahovic has seven senior caps for Serbia through which he has been able to score two goals. He has also been able to score 21 goals in Serie A last season.
Since Harry Kane refused to attend pre-season training as he is trying to force through a transfer to Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur have been looking for a striker.
However, Pep Guardiola announced today that Tottenham have no intention of letting the England captain go and are shutting down any attempts to negotiate for him.
