Roma interested in signing both Shomurodov and Sorloth

The Giallorossi are not just eyeing Genoa’s Eldor Shomurodov, but they are also interested in acquiring Alexander Sorloth from RB Leipzig, as per reports from Sky Sport Italia.

According to several sources claim that the talks between

Roma

and

Genoa

for

Eldor Shomurodov

are going well, with their offer of €15m being close to their asking price of €20m.

However, based on reports from

Sky Sport Italia

transfer expert Angelo Mangiante, the Uzbekistan international is not Roma’s only attack addition this summer.

Apparently, the Giallorossi are negotiating with

RB Leipzig

for signing with

Alexander Sorloth

, who is a different forward to Shomurodov, with 1.94m in height.

He has met the back of the net 11 times in 32 senior caps for Norway, whereas he scored six goals in 37 matches for RB Leipzig in the 2020-21 season.

The Bundesliga side acquired Sorloth’s services on a €20m deal from Crystal Palace in 2020, and the 25-year-old had previously featured for Roseborg, Bodo/Glimt, FC Groningen, Midtjylland, KAA Gent and Trabzonspor.
