Ronaldo has scored 19 goals in Euro and World Cup combined

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is about to break the record of most goals in World Cup and Euro.

Cristiano Ronaldo

is set to break another record in football as he reaches number 19 in goals in Euro and World Cup combined, and now he has the same number with the German Legend

Miroslav Klose

.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored

Portugal’s

first goal against Germany in a match that they were defeated 4-2 but even on the night that his side was defeated, Ronaldo didn’t stop scoring goals, although it wasn’t enough to gain his side another victory after their opening match.

The former Real Madrid and Manchester United star scored his first international goal in Euro 2004 against Greece, and then he scored another goal in the same tournament against the Netherlands.

Then he scored his first World Cup goal against Iran in the 2006 World Cup before scoring another Euro goal against the Czech Republic in 2008.

In the 2010 World Cup, he couldn’t score more than one goal, which came in Portugal’s 7-0 victory over North Korea, just to make him more ambitious for the Euro 2012 where he scored a brace against the Netherlands and one in his side’s clash against Czech.

In the 2014 World Cup, Ronaldo scored only one goal, which was against Ghana, and then he had a very good performance in Euro 2016, scoring three goals and helping his side in winning the trophy in that tournament.

He also scored four goals in the 2018 World Cup, and with his late brace against Hungary, the 36-year-old superstar is on his way to break another record.
