Ireland looking for a win

Ireland manager Stephen Kenny is still looking for his first win as they have not been able to win their 11 games since he took the charge.

The Republic of Ireland

are going to play friendlies against Andorra and Hungary on June 3 and 8 respectively, according to

Sky Sports

.

These games will form part of a summer training camp in preparation for their

World Cup

qualifiers in early September against Portugal, Azerbaijan, and Serbia.

Ireland manager

Stephen Kenny

is still looking for his first win. Since he replaced Mick McCarthy last April, he has not been able to win a game as they have lost six of their 11 games and have drawn the other five.

Ireland are currently at the bottom of their 2022 World Cup qualifying group and are already seven points adrift of both Portugal and Serbia as they have lost to Serbia and Luxembourg.

Ireland also failed to qualify for this summer’s rearranged European Championships as they lost on penalties to Slovakia in the play-off semi-finals last October.
