Tottenham joins the race for Hoppe

Tottenham has shown interest in signing Schalke’s Matthew Hoppe.

Schalke’s

20-year-old talent

Matthew Hoppe

has been drawing attention from around Europe with his impressive performance. And now

Tottenham

has joined the race for the American talent.

Other clubs are trying to sign the American talent too.

Valencia

and

Barcelona

are the contenders in the race for the 20-year-old talent, and this can make the Premier League side’s job harder to sign Hoppe this summer.

No one can see a bright future for Hoppe in Schalke, considering their poor performance this season with only one win. They sit at the bottom of the Bundesliga table with only 13 points seeing their place in the German first tire in a serious threat.

AS has claimed that Valencia is interested in the American talent, and the club hopes to sign the player.

Barcelona, Villarreal, and Sevilla are the other LaLiga teams, watching the player’s progress to act based on the player’s performance.

Schalke’s 20-year-old talent, who has scored five goals in 16 games this season, started his career in Barcelona’s academy in the USA before coming to Germany in 2019, and this can increase Barcelona’s chance to sign the player, but other clubs like Tottenham, PSV, and Ajax have already made connections with the player about his possible destinations in the summer transfer window.
