Kasimpasa's website released a statement about Drinkwater's signing
"English midfielder Daniel Noel Drinkwater, of English Premier League team Chelsea, has signed a contract that ties him to Kasimpasa on loan until the end of the season." As Kasimpasa's club website stated.

This loan deal will be terminated at the end of the 2020-2021 campaign.
This is the first time in his career life he is going abroad.

The club's official website stated Drinkwater's arrival:

He joined Chelsea from
Leicester City
in 2017. However, he only scored once for the Blues in 23 appearances made. His contract with Chelsea expires in 2022.
He spent the first half of the season in Chelsea U23s.
After his exit, there have been words about Fikayo Tomori's exit as few clubs have been likely to sign him into their clubs.
The 23-year-old was on a loan to Derby County during the 2018-19 campaign and returned to Chelsea in2019.
