CR7 will play until 40 - Ronaldo Nazario

Brazilian football legend Ronaldo Nazario has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo has been a different player since leaving

and will continue to play until he is 40 years old.

The Portuguese star, who has won five Ballon d'Ors so far, will turn 36 in February, while many players at this age are declining. Now Ronaldo Nazario has claimed that CR7 has become a different player since joining Juventus and will continue to play until he is 40 years old.

Asked if CR7 will try to play through his fifth decade, Ronaldo said: “I don’t know, for sure he will try.

“He is different from the player I saw at Real Madrid, he knows how to manage himself now. Did you see him against Sassuolo? Even if he stays in the shadows for the whole game, he can hurt in the space of one minute.”

Ronaldo then spoke about whether Conte could succeed at Inter. He said:

“They have a great coach and a team with a precise identity. In addition to that they don’t play European competitions.

“That’s never a good thing, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Inter earn more points than their opponents in March, when European competitions will resume.

“They signed an extraordinary player in Hakimi. It was a mistake for Real Madrid to let him go, sometimes I think: ‘Ronnie, imagine you and him. We would go at a decent speed.”
