Casillas urges Donnarumma to leave Milan

Spain and Real Madrid legend, Iker Casillas believes that Gianluigi Donnarumma should move to a stronger club.

Milan

have become a strong team again this year after many years and they are the favorites to win Serie A title.

They managed beat

Torino

by two goals in their last match in Serie A, and given

Inter

's draw with

Roma

yesterday, the Rossoneri are now three points clear at the top of the table.

But

Iker Casillas

believes Milan’s Italian goalkeeper,

Gianluigi Donnarumma

should move to a stronger club to achieve more prosperity. Of course, he praises the brilliant history of Milan, but insists on his opinion about the future of Donnarumma.

"In my opinion, Donnarumma should play at a club with more tradition. My error!! AC Milan has tradition. I mean more importance in Europe right now. Good night everyone!! See you tomorrow. Maybe..."

Casillas wrote on Twitter

Throughout history, only

Real Madrid

have won the

Champions League

more than Milan. The Rossoneri are currently top of Serie A and Donnarumma has had six clean sheets in 16 games this season.
