He is the third best striker in history- Cassano hails Ibrahimovic

Former Milan striker believes that Zlatan must be known as one of the top three strikers of all time and also Conte should change the position of Christian Eriksen.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

came back to

AC Milan

in 2019 after a successful period at MLS league. The Swedish star is showing his best form in Rossoneri jersey as he has managed to score 7 goals in his 4 Serie A appearances. The 39-year-old has just recently recovered from COVID-19 and scored a match- winning goal in his return match against

Udinese

. In a recent live Instagram session with Christian Vieri, Antonio Cassano has spoken about Zlatan and his quality as one of the best strikers of all time.

“After Ronaldo the Phenomenon and [Marco] Van Basten, Ibra is the third strongest centre-forward in history, the most complete I have ever seen”

The Former Inter striker also spoke about Antonio Conte’s team and their chances to win the Scudetto.

“As for Inter, they are playing with a 3-4-1-2 system. If he [Antonio Conte] goes back to 3-5-2 and fields [Christian] Eriksen as a playmaker, like [Andrea] Pirlo, he would change the team.

"He doesn’t see Eriksen, let’s face it. But if Conte gets this crazy idea, Eriksen in front of the defence, with [Nicolò] Barella and [Arturo] Vidal ahead of him, he could change the team. He must give him confidence, Eriksen is a great player.”
