Roman Yaremchuk early years

As it was mentioned, Roman Yaremchuk was born on November 27, 1995 in Lviv, and at the age of six he began to play football at the Karpaty school . Mykola Dudarenko found the talent of a striker in him amd then put him in the position of forward.

In 2007 , when Roman Yaremchuk was 11 years old, he moved to the academy of Dynamo Kyiv. For the last three years of his attendance, Yaremchuk worked under Oleksiy Drotsenko. On September 6, 2008 , he made his debut in the DUFL for

Dynamo Kyiv

in a match against Yunost Chernihiv and immediately scored a double. The young talented striker scored in the next two matches, in which he appeared on the field. During his debut season in DUFL, Yaremchuk scored 10 goals in 21 matches for the White and Blues.

The following season, he repeated this record (again 10 goals in 21 matches), and in the 2010/2011 season he improved his performance, scoring 12 goals in 17 matches. In the same season, Roman Yaremchuk scored a hat-trick for the first time in his professional career, and then made another one.

One of the top facts about Roman Yaremchuk is that the real advance for him was the 2011/2012 season, in which he scored an average of one goal per game. After playing 21 matches, he scored 21 goals for Dynamo Kyiv.

In the summer of 2012 , Roman Yaremchuk finished playing in the academy and signed his first professional contract with the White and Blues. Yaremchuk started the first season of 2012/2013 on 25 July with a match for Dynamo Kyiv U-19 against Vorskla, which became his debut in the Ukrainian U-19 championship. And in a week, on August 2, 2012 , Roman Yaremchuk made his debut as a member of Oleksandr Khatskevych's team in the youth championship of Ukraine. Roman Yaremchuk came out in the starting lineup and assisted Dmytro Khlobas who scored Dynamo's only goal in that match which ended in a 1-1 draw.

On 9 October, 2012 , Roman Yaremchuk made his first double for Dynamo Kyiv U-19, scoring two goals in the capital's derby with Arsenal.

In the 2014/15 season he played in the 23 matches for the second team of the "white and blue" in the First League, in which he scored 4 goals.

On 1 March 2016, Roman Yaremchuk made his debut in the main team of Dynamo, basically reaching the match of the 1/4 finals of the Cup of Ukraine against Oleksandriya ended in 1-1 draw in regular time. During the extra time, Roman Yaremchuk was replaced by Lukasz Teodorczyk.

FK Oleksandriya

On 21 July 2016, it was announced that Roman Yaremchuk joined FK Oleksandriya, but at the end of that year, he returned to the squad of Dynamo. On October 31, 2016, in the 13th match day of the Championship of Ukraine in 2016/17 season, in the match against Vorskla – FK Oleksandriya ended in 2-2 draw, Roman Yaremchuk scored the fastest goal in the history of Ukrainian football in the 8th second.

KAA Gent

On 16 August 2017, it was officially declared that Roman Yaremchuk moved to the Belgian football club KAA Gent. Roman Yaremchuk made his debut for his new team on 27 August 2017, in a match against Anderlecht. He was substituted after 86 minutes and another player went on the pitch.

On 1 November 2020, in a match against Waasland-Beveren, Roman Yaremchuk scored his first career hat-trick at KAA Gent. On 17 December  2020, Roman Yaremchuk played a match against Waasland-Beveren, in which he scored a goal. This match was the 100th match in which Roman Yaremchuk played in the Belgian league and saw Roman Yaremchuk as the 10th top goal scorer in the history of Gent.
