Brighton have announced the signing of Bart Verbruggen
Brighton confirm goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen has joined from Anderlecht.
have confirmed the signing of Bart Verbruggen from Anderlecht for £16.3m. He will have a five-year contract with Brighton.
Roberto De Zerbi spoke about signing the contract with Verbruggen on the official website of Brighton.
“I am very pleased to have signed Bart,”
he said.
“He is used to playing a type of football similar to ours and he will have no problem fitting into our group.
“He has the potential to become a very important player for the club in the coming years.”
He is the fourth signing for Brighton this season after Joao Pedro, James Milner, and Mahmoud Dahoud.
