Neymar and Messi to appear in the upcoming Call of Duty
Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and Neymar Jr. will all reportedly appear in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II in a future update
Call of Duty is a franchise that is no stranger to having familiar faces appear on its products and this time Activision, the company developing the franchise, has targeted footballing superstars like Messi, Neymar and Pogba to appear on its new game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
The trio were reportedly “suiting up” for an appearance in Modern Warfare II, Warzone 2.0 and Call of Duty Mobile with some teaser art.
Although the look for the characters Pogba and Neymar will be playing have already leaked online, Leo Messi’s appearance is yet to be revealed, either through leaks or officially.
Neymar has appeared in video games before as the Brazilian star appeared on both Fortnite and PUBG, doing so at the latter with his teammate Leo Messi. The two have obviously been associated with Fifa franchise as well.
Although Modern Warfare II was officially released on October 28, it is expected that the trio’s appearance on the game will coincide with the World Cup.

Neymarare both expected to play a big part in the tournament but the French Paul Pogba will miss the tournament entirely due to injury.
