The battle between Salernitana and Juventus was all over the news on Sunday evening, but it was not for a good reason. VAR ruled out the late winner scored by Arkadiusz Milik notwithstanding Antonio Candreva trying to keep the Bianconeri attackers onside, and this resulted in an outrage.

, the Salernitana president, spoke after the 2-2 draw with Juventus, making a generous offer, telling Kiss Kiss Napoli:
"Refereeing error in Juventus v Salernitana? If the Bianconeri want to replay it, for us there is no problem."
Although they have sealed a draw in their clash against the Bianconeri, making that offer shows Iervolino’s sportsmanship. He is well aware that if Juventus decide to replay the match, his team’s chance of recreating the same or a better result will be really low.
However, it has yet to be determined whether a rematch between the two sides will be authorized since the busy fixture before the international break makes it highly unlikely.
