Arteta confident of Bukayo Saka's contract extension
With his good performance in recent seasons, Saka has convinced the club to extend his contract.
Mikel Arteta has expressed his confidence that
Bukayo Sakawill sign a new contract with
Arsenaland hopes it happens as soon as possible.
There have been many talks with Saka to extend the contract in the last few months and the English midfielder has entered the last two years of his contract with the Gunners. Now Arteta expressed his confidence that the young striker of his team will soon renew his contract and put an end to the rumors about his future.
He said:
“I am very confident that we as a club and Bukayo, his family, his agent, everybody, we are very much aligned in what we want to achieve.
“And now it is about putting it on a piece of paper.
“I would like that to get done, because I don’t want the player or anybody distracted while we are in the middle of the season.
“But those things take time and they have to go through the right process, and I think the process has been really good.”
