Sevilla wants to sign Lazio’s Luis Alberto

Sevilla wants to sign Lazio's attacking midfielder Luis Alberto this summer.

According to the Spanish press,

Sevilla

is interested in signing

Luis Alberto

from

Lazio.

Meanwhile, Il Messaggero in Italia reports that Sevilla is ready to offer €13m plus midfielder Oliver Torres for Alberto.

Albero joined Lazio from Malaga in 2016 and since then has scored 40 goals in 219 games. The 29-year-old Alberto is a graduate of Sevilla’s academy and is willing to return to Spain.

Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla in recent days has reported that Luis Alberto wants a return to Spain and is not part of coach Maurizio Sarri’s plans for next season.

Italian media claims that

Lazio has agreed on terms with Hellas Verona for Ivan Ilic and Nicolò Casale, but they are

unable to sign them until they have been able to release

Alberto. Pedulla claims that Lazio wants €30m for him and it is unclear whether Sevilla can match their asking price.

Sevilla already has signed Suso and Papu Gomez this summer.
