Barcelona offered three players to Valencia

Barca have several plans to strengthen their squad in the summer.

Barcelona

president Juan Laporta has offered three players to

Valencia

in recent talks.

Rumor has it that the president of Barcelona will meet with Anil Morthy, the president of Valencia, this week. The Blaugrana are said to be looking to sign

Carlos Soler

and

Jose Luis Gaya

from Valencia in the summer to bolster their midfield and left-back. According to reports, Barca will have to pay 70 million euros for these two transfers, which is why Laporta has offered players to swap for Valencia.

Martin Braithwaite, Sergino Dest and Riqui Puig are said to be the three players Laporta intends to offer to Valencia in exchange. Valencia have not yet taken a stand against the three players and it remains to be seen what their decision will be.

Dest could not attract the attention of Xavi Hernandez and did not perform well in defense or attack. Braithwaite, who suffered a number of injuries, does not seem to meet Xavi's standards on the offensive line. Puig also spent most of the season on the bench and is unlikely to have a chance in the starting line-up any time soon.
