Arnold to miss the Red’ clash against Manchester City

Liverpool will be without Alexander-Arnold against Manchester City.

Liverpool

is going to be without

Trent Alexander-Arnold

in their Premier League clash against

Manchester City

on Sunday because the player is suffering from a muscle injury and

Thiago

will be sidelined with a calf injury, and Klopp has to find a solution for the injury problems that began the last term and doesn’t seem to be ended yet.

Jurgen Klopp told Liverpool's website:

"No news means they are doing well but they won't have enough time for being back against City, but I expect them both to be back after the international break.

"But we have a good team so we still have solutions and we have to use them. After the international break the boys will be back I think."

Both Arnold and Thiago have been left out of their national teams, with Arnold missing from England’s squad that was released on Thursday, which was for their World Cup qualifiers in October, and Thiago has been absent in Spain’s squad in the Nations League semi-finals on Wednesday against Italy.

Jurgen Klopp’s

men are going to face the Citizens as the only Premier League side with no defeats, and they are going to try their best to keep their record against Pep Guardiola’s side to be able to keep their distance from them as they have one point ahead of them.
