The new head coach of Spezia, Thiago Motta, has good sensations before the first game of the season against Cagliari.

It’s the first match, the championship starts,
” Motta told the club’s official website.
“There are good sensations, seeing what we have done this week

“We will face a difficult match, like all of them, and we will do it with confidence to do well.
“Cagliari are a good team, last year they had a good end to the season and saved themselves in a good way.
“I expect a team that attacks and plays to win, as we will do.”
The high temperature in Cagliari has been a topic of concern, but Thiago Motta said it will not be an excuse for his team on Monday.
“I don’t see why. When it’s hot, it’s hot. When it’s cold, it’s cold. It’s the current situation. Our players are physically well, and they have shown this during the week and in the Coppa Italia.
“This cannot be an excuse for a player who defends a team like Spezia.”
