Inter have no intention of signing Torino captain Andrea Belotti
Inter are not considering a move for Torino striker Andrea Belotti as they are looking to secure a worthy replacement for Romelu Lukaku before the start of the new Serie A campaign.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 27-year-old striker is not among the club’s options and seems not to have the right profile to replace the Belgian in the Nerazzurri attacking line.
The defending Serie A champions are in the hunt to sign another striker before the end of the transfer window, having already signed
Edin Dzeko
from
Roma.
There are a number of names on their list, with
Atalanta’s
Duvan Zapata
and
Lazio’s
Joaquin Correa
thought to be two of the players most strongly considered by the club, but
Belotti
is not among
Inter’s options this summer.
With
Lukaku
leaving the club, Inter will have to make multiple signings with the right technical characteristics in order to fill the void left by the Belgian superstar.
