Inter to step up their Pjanic interest as Brozovic’s replacement

The Blaugrana may send Miralem Pjanic on a two-year loan move, with the Bosnia and Herzegovina international even accepting a wage cut.

Long been linked with a return to Juventus

, things might get tough for the Old Lady as

La Gazzetta dello Sport

reports Inter are now entering the chase for the midfielder.

The Nerazzurri reportedly eyes the 31-year-old playmaker as the ideal replacement for Brozovic.

With his contract due to expire next summer

, the Croatian midfielder has emerged on top of the list of Inter players who the club plans to renew their contracts.

Although the Nerazzurri are expected to sit down with

Marcelo Brozovic

and discuss new terms at the Giuseppe Meazza, the Croatia international continues to be linked with a move away from the club.

Miralem Pjanic

was included in the deal that saw Arthur Melo join Allianz Stadium but he may go back to Juventus after only one year with Barcelona.

The Bianconeri, who are in talks with Sassuolo over acquiring Manuel Locatelli, are also considering re-signing Pjanic and Braida.

However, the Bianconeri should sell Aaron Ramsey first, who joined the club from Arsenal on a free transfer.

The Welshman is likely to go back to the Premier League, with Tottenham and Wolverhampton Wanderers eager to make offers.

Juventus were also speculated to be considering selling Adrien Rabiot, but Max Allegri’s return has made a difference and the Frenchman will now remain put in Turin.
