Tottenham starts the bidding race for Damsgaard with €25m

, Tottenham have ‘accelerated’ their efforts to sign Damsgaard as they have submitted the €25m bid that Sampdoria was asking for Dane’s signature.

In addition to the 21-year-old winger, 

Tottenham

 are also 

 in a deal that would see Erik Lamela depart the London club for Sevilla. They would also have to pay €25m.
