Casillas and Raul are great frauds - Florentino Perez
There has been a leaked recording in which current Real Madrid president labels two of the club’s legends as frauds.

had made some strange remarks, back in 2006 and after his resignation from Real’s presidency, regarding two of the clubs’ legends,
Iker Casillas
and
Raul
.
A Spanish digital newspaper,
El Confidencial, recently published a recording of Perez from 15 years ago, in which Los Blancos’ president says Raul and Casillas are two of the biggest failures and frauds the club has ever seen.
He said:
“Casillas isn’t a goalkeeper for Madrid.
“He’s the great failure we’ve had, but what’s happened is that they adore him. He’s one of the great frauds we’ve had, another is Raul. The two biggest frauds of Madrid are first Raul and second Casillas.”
This shocking recording is expected to cause some controversy in the club, since Casillas is now the assistant general director of the club’s foundation and Raul is currently the manager of Real Madrid B.
