Muller and Hummels called up for Germany’s Euro 2020

Joachim Low called up Thomas Muller and Mats Hummels for the last tournament he is at the helm.

Thomas Muller

and

Mats Hummels

have been called for Germany’s Euro 2020 squad.

The duo did not represent their county since 2018 as they were among the prolific players that were omitted from the team since Joachim Low’s plot aimed to take a different path after the country’s 2018 World Cup exit in the group stage.

However, this time, the two experienced players are asked to contribute to Germany’s purpose of achieving a successful tournament in the summer, which is going to be the boss’s last tournament in charge.

Die Mannschaft are going to compete with a difficult group, being alongside France and defending European champions Portugal and Hungary.

Their Group F campaign will begin against France on June 15.
