Jordan Pickford to miss England World Cup qualifiers due to injury
Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford will miss England’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers through injury.
Pickford
sustained an "injury to his oblique abdominal muscle" during Saturday's 2-1 defeat to
Burnleyat Goodison Park in the Premier League.
Pickford underwent a scan on Monday and
Evertonhave now confirmed that the goalkeeper will miss the Three Lions’ World Cup qualifying fixtures against
San Marino
on March 25,
Albania
three days later, and
Poland
on March 31.

The 27-year-old will not be available for their game against
Manchester Cityin the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday as well as the upcoming England games.
