AC Milan on the verge of signing with Chelsea’s Tomori

AC Milan are about to sign a loan contract with Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea for £25m with a possibility to buy the centre-back.

Milan

have been eyeing the

Chelsea

centre-back

Fikayo Tomori

for a while now, as well as Mohamed Simakan as their first main target.

With the Strasbourg defender out of action for two months due to injury, signing with Tomori seems more possible should the clubs come to an agreement.

Since joining Chelsea and his first debut in 2016, the England international 27 times across all competitions. He went away to Brighton, Hull, and Derby on a loan deal with the aim to move to Milan next.

Some other

Premier League

clubs are also interested in the 23-year-old, but have to send some players away to sign with another centre-back.

Frank Lampard

admitted that Tomori is likely to go away on a loan deal this month, following his unwillingness to let him depart in the summer with Antonio Rudiger on the verge of leaving the Blues.
