A break-in was reported at Rossi’s house during his funeral
Thieves burgling into Paolo Rossi’s place has been reported when the former forward’s funeral was being held.
On Saturday, thieves have broken into
Paolo Rossi
’s house, which is near Tuscan Village. The thieving happened during his funeral. Rossi passed away at the age of 64 due to a long-lasting illness.
His coffin was carried by his team-mates and many have lined in the street of Vicenza to pay their tribute. After the funeral, Rossi’s wife reported the theft that took place at her house.
According to the report, some jewels and a Rolex watch, which belonged to Rossi, was stolen. However, the former
Juventus,
Milan, and Vicenza striker’s medals remained intact.

Dario Nardella
took it to his Twitter account to say: "A more vile and disgusting act than this is truly unthinkable. The police must do everything possible to find those responsible. All my solidarity and closeness to the #PaoloRossi family."
