Bale calls himself rusty?
The current Tottenham player, Gareth Bale comments on his performance against LASK during Europa League competition.
After spending a time in
Real Madrid,
Gareth Balehas once again returned to his pre-Madrid home,
Tottenham.
On the team’s Thursday match against
LASK, Bale was able to play a part in the first goal for the team despite calling his performance on the game to be stiff. Though the scored goal was an OG, it still somehow could be considered an unwanted first for the player.
The Wales winger believes that he still has to put some effort into gaining back his fitness since he didn’t play much in Real Madrid. According to the 31-year-old despite the match being a bit difficult and they could have put out a greater performance on the pitch, what mattered is that they won with a score of 3-0 gainning three points on their side.
Bale hadn’t been successful in creating a shot toward the goal target since his 2016 appearance for Real Madrid.
