Real Madrid Training Summary and Prospects

This article sheds light on the training of Real Madrid, focusing on the injury challenges facing the team and waiting for the return of international players, as part of the team’s preparations for the upcoming matches.

Real Madrid held its first training session this Tuesday on the pitch of “Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas”, without the presence of injured players, and waiting for the return of 14 international players who are still committed to participating with their national teams.

Dani Ceballos continued to train in the gym to recover from a muscle injury he suffered in mid-March, and is expected to be ready to participate in the match against Athletic Bilbao next Sunday at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

The return of Brazilian Eder Militao is also expected soon, after reaching the final stage of recovery from his injury with a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee in mid-August last year.

The idea at first was for Militao to return to the ranks of the royal team after the international break, but they prefer not to rush this matter, and it is expected that the next few days will be decisive for the decision of his return.

At the same time, both David Alaba, who suffers from a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee, and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who suffers from a tear in the inner meniscus of his right knee, continue to recover from their injuries.

In addition to these players, the 14 international players will join the team in the coming days, such as Dani Carvajal and Joselu from Spain, Brahim Diaz from Morocco, Antonio Rudiger and Toni Kroos from Germany, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni from France, Jude Bellingham from England, Luka Modric from Croatia, Arda Guler from Turkey, Fede Valverde from Uruguay, Andriy Lunin from Ukraine, and Vinicius Junior and Rodrigo Goes from Brazil.

Due to the absence of these players, Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti had only five players from the first team in the training session, namely Kepa Arrizabalaga, Nacho Fernandez, Lucas Vazquez, Fran Garcia, and Ferland Mendy, so he held a training session with the young players.

In other news, it was announced that the coach will leave coaching Liverpool after the end of the current season.
