The managers of Manchester United have been considering the conditions of attracting Haaland for a long time and they intend to make up for their failure to buy this player in January 2020.

The Norwegian striker has managed to score 71 goals in 70 games since joining

, and clubs such as Manchester City, Chelsea and Real Madrid are among his serious followers.

However, United believe that Rangnik's presence in the team will be a key advantage for Haaland. The Bild newspaper claims that one of the reasons for Rangnik's selection is the good relationship he has with Dutch representatives, especially Alf-Inge, the player's father.

Rangnick worked for Red Bull during the 21-year-old's time at RB Salzburg and repeatedly negotiated his terms with Mino Raiola and his father.

He ultimately failed to persuade Haaland and his agent to transfer the player to Leipzig, but many believe he had a significant influence on the player's football philosophy and perspective.

According to the Bild newspaper, the Norwegian national team striker has a special and good relationship with the 63-year-old coach, and this issue could become United's winner against other teams.

If the German coach can convince Haaland and Mino Raiola to move to Old Trafford, he will receive a significant reward. United have reportedly promised him a € 10m reward if he help them to sign Haaland.

Rangnik's salary during his time at United is ten million euros a year, which will be more than double his salary at Lokomotiv Moscow.
