Sat 27 November 2021 | 20:25

Inter manager Simone Inzaghi insists the Nerazzurri must show maturity to overcome Venezia at the Stadio

Defending champions

Inter

are looking to keep their good run of form going against

Venezia

and a win will help them stay within touching distance of the top of the table.

Inzaghi

does not have

Stefan de Vrij

at his disposal due to injury, so he will use

Federico Dimarco

in a three-man defense.

“Ranocchia played two great games, but he is not 100 percent fit, even if he is available,”

Inzaghi

told

DAZN

before the match

.

“Dimarco has already played in defense in the past and given that we’ll need to keep the possession today I made this choice.

“Venezia are doing very well despite being newly promoted. We need to show maturity,”

Inzaghi continued

.

“I rotate a bit in attack and defense, I have a competitive team and I will rotate more in the future.”
