Newcastle fan leaves hospital

Newcastle fan, who was in a dangerous situation, has been discharged from hospital.

One of

Newcastle United’s

fans collapsed during their Premier League clash against Tottenham on October 17, and the medical staff gave him emergency treatment, then he was transferred to the hospital, but fortunately, he was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, according to the club’s statement.

One of the fans collapsed during the first half of the game, and the fans, who were sitting in the east stand of St James’ Park, informed Eric Dier and Sergio Reguilon of the situation, so they asked staff to bring help for the 80-year-old Newcastle fan Alan Smith.

The first update on Smith’s situation was received on October 20 when his son talked about his situation, revealing that Smith is in a good situation and he is fully alert.

On Wednesday, the club released a statement explaining that Alan Smith has been discharged from hospital after four stents to help him recover from his situation, and now he is going to spend the next few weeks regaining his strength, and he will hopefully return to St James Park at the end of November or beginning of December.
