Barcelona President has talked about the club’s situation after the Granada clash.

One day after

Barcelona’s

1-1 draw against

Granada

in a home game in La Liga, their president

Joan Laporta

has talked about the situation following their defeat in the Champions League against

Bayern Munich

and their draw against Granada at Camp Nou.

“Hello culers,”

Laporta said and

Mundo Deportivo

carried.

“I ask that you continue encouraging the team as you have been; the team needs it and thanks you. These are difficult moments, and we must be present. This week a delegation from the club will travel to Palos de la Frontera to attend a supporters’ club event before attending the Cadiz match.

“At Cadiz we can be sure that the team will try to win,” Laporta continued. “I don’t know what will happen, but whatever happens, in the next game against Levante continue to cheer on the team as you are doing, the team needs it. And you should be calm. We know what to do and we will fix it.”

Following the club’s poor performance since

Ronald Koeman’s

arrival, the speculations about the future of the Dutchman keep increasing, and now with the clear disagreements between the manager and the club’s president, the reports are even talking about possible names to be hired as Koeman’s replacement.

The club’s former star

Xavi

and

Roberto Martinez

has been named as the possible options for the Catalans’ managerial position.
