‘Juve knew what we had to do’, says Dybala after win against Malmo

Juventus striker Paulo Dybala has said his side knew what they had to do in the Champions League following their 3-0 victory over Malmo.

The Old Lady had a disappointing start to the season and were without a victory in their previous three games in Serie A, but they put all behind with a convincing away win against

Malmo

.

Juventus

broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute, thanks to an excellent header from

Álex Sandro

, Allegri's men finished off the fight before the break, thanks to two goals signed by

Paulo Dybala

and

Alvaro

Morata

in the space of sixty seconds, between minute 45 and added time.

“We knew that our recent results and performances weren’t good, but this was a different competition and we knew what we had to do,”

Dybala told Sport Mediaset

.

“We did it with calm, as a big team, and got the result we needed. Now we need to keep going along this path.”

Dybala’s goal helped him recover his self-confidence as he had not scored in the Champions League for 10 months.

“I didn’t know that! I am happy to score, it helps my confidence, so I can play in more relaxed fashion and help the team.”

The Turin team was placed in front of group H, with three points, tied with

Chelsea
