Reiss Nelson has impressed Crystal Palace

Tue 03 August 2021 | 19:36

Crystal Palace has shown interest in signing a lean deal with Arsenal’s Nelson.

Reiss Nelson

, 21, who made nine appearances for the

Gunners

in all competitions last season, has convinced

Crystal Palace

to show interest in signing him. Patrick Vieira, who used to be Arsenal’s captain, is also interested in signing Bournemouth’s forward Arnaud Danjuma and  RB Leipzig's Ademola Lookman.

The 21-year-old Arsenal academy product is likely to leave the club in the summer transfer window because the club is aware of the fact that Nelson is not going to have enough playing time in the next season, Although he isn’t the only player that Palace wants to sign in the transfer market as they keep chasing Bournemouth forward Arnaud Danjuma and RB Leipzig's Ademola Lookman.

Both Danjuma and Lookman spent the last season at Fulham on loan, and Patrick Vieira’s side is interested in adding them to their list of new signings last of which is Chelsea’s midfielder Conor Gallagher, who joined the Eagles with a one-year loan deal last week. Now they are allowed to make one more loan deal with another Premier League club, and we have to wait and see what will happen to them in the following days.

Patrick Vieira’s men will begin their next season with their Chelsea clash on August 14.
