The Colombian star has no plans to return to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Everton

star James Rodriguez has ruled out a return to

Real Madrid

.

The Colombian midfielder spent six seasons at Real Madrid, which was divided into two parts. After two seasons in Madrid, he went on loan to Bayern Munich, played for the team for two seasons and then returned to Real. He finally left Real Madrid last summer and joined Everton to work with Carlo Ancelotti again. However, Ancelotti returned to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer to begin his second season with the club.

Rumor has it that after Ancelotti returns, James Rodriguez will try to return to Real, but the Colombian star has denied this.

Asked about his return to Real Madrid, he said on Twitch:

"No, I don't think so. It is a closed cycle now, which is not going to be repeated."

After Ancelotti left Everton, he was replaced by Rafael Benitez. Benitez has spoken of the possibility of selling Rodriguez, and now the Colombian star has reacted.

He said:

"They are asking me a lot where I am going to play. I don't know, the truth is a quite complicated issue. Let's see what happens," he said.

"I don't want to say yes and no, because I don't know. I'm training well and hard. I don't know what's going to happen, I don't know where I'm going to play. In football and in life we don't know anything.

"I'm training hard, preparing well, training for myself and that's it. You have to think about the present and the present is here, I'm training hard for everything to come."
