Still no agreement between Juventus and Sassuolo over Locatelli

The Bianconeri and the Neroverdi’s meeting has reached an end but the two sides failed to agree terms regarding Manuel Locatelli’s transfer.

Juventus

Sassuolo

have been in talks about

Manuel Locatelli

’s future, but according to

Sky Sport Italia

, the two clubs did not reach an agreement.

The Italy international has refused to make a move to England in order to join the Bianconeri, but there is a great distance between what the Neroverdi demanded and what the Juve offered.

reports that Sassuolo have named a deadline for Juventus to make a decision by August 8.

Giovanni Carnevali, the Sassuolo CEO, revealed that the Italian ‘wants to join Juventus’, but said that Juventus should ‘reach an agreement with us’ and stressed that

and other Premier League sides are keen on acquiring his services.

Juve have offered €30m in a loan deal with an obligation to buy and Sassuolo asked for €40m.
