Real Madrid, the 33-year-old has enjoyed incredible form this season. The striker has scored 22 goals and provided 8 assists for the Blancos as they sit second in La Liga, two points behind
Atletico Madrid. External pressure from major figures within French football, including
Arsene Wenger
, has reportedly persuaded the 52-year-old coach to recall Benzema to the national team. France will play their first Group F match against
Germany
on June 15, before continuing the group stage with battles against
Hungary

Portugal
on June 19 and 23.
