Ginter wants a conversation about the Low’s successor

has talked about the national team’s next coach, saying that he hopes the German football association chooses a head coach with his philosophy.

will leave his position as Germany’s head coach after Euro 2020, having worked as their boss for over 15 years.

Although The German football association has not announced Germany's next head coach, Ginter insists that they need a coach with a specific playing style and philosophy.

 "It is important that he has his own game philosophy. It just has to fit together from a footballing as well as a human point of view,"

the defender told Goal and SPOX

"We all know that there are 82 million national coaches in Germany. There is a lot of talk and discussion.

"The new coach has to show his steadfastness in public and not be allowed to play a game. This also applies, of course, at club level. But it's probably even more important for a national coach."

Hansi Flick and Ralf Rangnick are potential options to take over, but Bayern Munich’s chief executive Rummenigge insists that Flick is not going to leave the club, so Rangnick, who has already shown interest in taking the job, is the most probable option to be Low’s successor.
